This safari takes you to volcanoes national park for the mountain gorillas and golden monkeys. In these 3 days you will have the chance to track 2 different primate species popular in this park.
Itinerary
Day 01 :
Pick up and transfer to Bwindi
- One of our guides will pick you up from the airport or hotel in Kigali
- Drive you to Bwindi impenetrable forest a journey of about 4 hours. You will drive through beautiful and rolling hills and landscapes both in Rwanda and in Uganda.
- You may have different stops for photo moments and later have lunch along the way. You will then proceed to the lodge for relaxation dinner and overnight stay:

Day 02 :
Gorilla Trekking and drive back to Kigali:
- After breakfast in the morning the lodge will provide you with packed lunch
- Your guide will drive you to the park offices for registration and briefing after which you will be assigned a ranger guide and a group.
- You will then begin your journey to the forest in the quest for the mountain gorillas. .on finding the gorilla family, you will be allowed 1 hour of viewing and photographing these gentle giants.
- The trek takes between 2 to 6 hours depending on the last location of the gorillas. After the trek, you will then drive back to Kigali and be dropped either at the airport or at the hotel.
